How We Help

Our Gentle Path program is designed to quick start the recovery process, teach valuable life skills, and uncover the underlying issues that often contribute to sexual addiction and other sex-related problems.

Our Unique Approach

Addressing sexual issues can be a traumatic and emotionally exhausting experience. We use a thoughtful mix of individual sessions with certified sex addiction therapists, group therapy with an emphasis on peer support, weekly psychiatric counseling, and deep trauma work to explore root issues and achieve lasting healing.

Our CSAT-trained clinicians are skilled in addressing:

  • Personal trauma
  • Psychological assessment results
  • Diagnostic impressions
  • Crisis resolution
  • Other sensitive issues

In addition to regular one-on-one and group therapy, patients have weekly individual appointments with their psychiatrist, in a mixture of counseling sessions and medication management. They also meet with trauma resolution therapists, our staff psychologist, medical provider, and primary and family therapists as needed.

Brain Center

Our science-based approach uses neurofeedback to teach self-regulation, enhancing the treatment process and providing valuable tools for ongoing recovery.

Change Your Story

Gentle Path is a safe, nurturing community composed of peers where your journey of recovery will include not just dealing with outward behaviors but examining the underlying causes. The goal is to gain the courage to face difficult issues (including grief and loss), heal from emotional trauma, and become accountable for your feelings, behaviors, and recovery.

Taking that first step is hard, but there’s a new life of health and hope just waiting for you. The next chapter of your life can begin now, but only you can change your story.
